This work was initially implemented around 2003 by

  Jean-François Brugère, Associate Professor (Biochemistry, IUT of Clermont) in the laboratory ERT-CIDAM  Conception - Ingénierie et Développement de l'Aliment et du Médicament    headed by Monique Alric.  He is currently the sole permanent.

Khaled est un spécialiste de la culture anaérobie, techniques acquises lors de son doctorat à l'INSAT en collaboration avec Bernard Ollivier et Marie-Laure Fardeau.
